My Story

I am Here for you
My name is Lalarukh Asif, and I am a Pakistani American.
I love life and believe in the intelligence of love (love that generously clarifies, includes, and redeems). I also believe in human willingness to evolve for a better and more beautiful future.

My professional book ends: I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and Master’s in Psychology, marriage and family therapy. I was trained as a psychotherapist and worked for six years in local hospitals and counseling agencies.
I wanted more!

My heart was not content, and I wanted to explore Eastern philosophies, more knowledge about Spirit and spirituality, and the capacity for healing within

Music is my nectar, and I love conversations about God and divinity within.

I am not a good business person but a good leader.

I believe in individuality and kindness.

-I support allopathy when needed but believe in functional and plant medicine. I believe in the power of prayer.

-I am interested in everyday alchemy…. when doubt grips me, I want to reach for faith, inner guidance, and discipline when it is easy to plug pain with filler relationships and things. I will always opt out of love where blame and superiority complexes are in action.

“Inner Work” was born in 2015. I believe that wellness is a right and not a privilege. I can coach you to heal yourself, and all I need from you is to do your inner work. I have worked with clients with terminal illnesses in the transition from life to death, depression, shadow work, Single parenting, and spiritual counselling.

For the past five years, my main focus has been “Depression.” Besides my education and work experience, I have learned through my personal experience with long-term depression and polished my healing skills. “I have been on both ends, a healer and a seeker of healing.

I can show you the way; You are the medicine.
